Welcome to the BBY Aesthetics family! We are delighted to offer you the benefits of our exclusive spa memberships. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing your membership, including monthly billing and the one year commitment. You will enjoy special perks and benefits as a member which include:
A free add-on service if signing up in June or July.
Reward referrals with a one time $50 discount per referral on your favorite treatments. Tox treatment excluded.
Refer 6 people in 6 months (minimum buy $300) and receive a free skin care set + $300 reward credit.

1. Membership Commitment: By enrolling in our spa membership, you agree to commit to a minimum term of one (1) year. This commitment ensures you access to the exclusive benefits and services associated with our membership program.
2. Monthly Billing: As a valued member, you will be billed monthly for the duration of your one-year commitment. The monthly billing cycle will commence on the date of your enrollment. Payments will be automatically deducted from the credit card or payment method provided at the time of sign-up.
3. Early Termination: Should you choose to terminate your membership before the completion of the one-year commitment, an early termination fee will apply. The early termination fee will be equivalent to 2 months of your member fee or the remaining balance of your commitment period (whichever is less). The termination fee holds no value for services not rendered,

Membership Renewal: At the end of the one-year commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. Monthly billing will continue under the terms of the original membership agreement.
5. Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information is accurate and up-to-date. If there are changes to your payment method, please notify us promptly to avoid any disruptions to your membership benefits.
6. Membership Suspension: In certain circumstances, such as extended vacations or medical reasons, you may request a temporary suspension of your membership. Suspensions are subject to proper notification and can be approved up to 3 months. Member commitment term will not include suspension dates.
7. Modifications to Terms: BBY Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in writing of any changes, by email or snail mail, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
